Block 9, a suburb located in the south-western part of the capital city of Gaborone, neighboured by Block 5, Phase 4 and Kgale View. Block 9 comprises generally of a diverse range (low to high cost) of residential properties, however is also home to: renowned schools/ tertiary education facilities such as Regent Hill School, Rainbow High School and Gaborone Technical College; religious centres/ churches; Julia Molefhe Clinic and shopping facilities. The suburb is in close proximity of Game City Shopping Mall and major business centres such as GI Finance Park, GI Commerce Park and Gaborone West Industrial. The area benefits from easy access to main transport links such as the A1 highway and the A10/ Kudimatse Road.
